Delivery Policy

 Normal Delivery : $9.70 per location

Express Delivery : $13.70 within 1 hr

**Second Attempt Delivery : $15 on top of first attempt delivery charge

Free Normal Delivery : $100.00 above

Deliver : 1100hr – 2359hr

The above mentioned does not apply to the location or condition as stated below.

Army Camps and Sentosa or any other areas that are hard to access and areas which require an entry fee.

**Additional $10 delivery fee will be charged for exceptional locations. Durian delivery will be confirmed once additional payment has been verified.

Refund for Express Delivery

A grace period of 15-30min is given to our dedicated riders due to unforeseen circumstances like rainy weather, heavy traffic, visibility limitation (e.g., a senior rider who has missed the correct turn), or any other circumstances that are beyond our control (e.g., road accident, call of nature, etc.). If riders arrive after the grace period for an express time slot, additional charge for express delivery will be refunded to the customer.
